 Our Mission

At LLCA, our mission is to create a welcoming, well-maintained community that fosters strong relationships between neighbors and promotes a high standard of living. We are committed to:

 Governance

Leisure Lane Community Association is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors comprised of seven members, each elected by the homeowners. The Board works tirelessly to represent the interests of the community and oversees key aspects of LLCA operations, including:

– Managing community finances, dues, and assessments

– Enforcing community rules and regulations to ensure consistency and fairness

– Planning and executing neighborhood improvements and maintenance projects

– Organizing community events and fostering engagement among residents

– Collaborating with local authorities on land use, zoning, and other matters that impact the community, especially given our proximity to state land
